What happened to the other December contest????

I was wondering what happened to the other December contest to win $25 for first place? I had almost 25 offers completed and logged on to do more and saw the contest gone.

You see, when I put the contest up, it wasn't Complete at least 25 offers, it was Earn at least 25$, and it was like that when I changed that. Noone made 25$ so technically that contest served no purpose, so I changed it so we could actually have winners.
